class='\"wp-block-heading\"'>Leave the ribbon at home\n</h2><p>Speaking to\u00a0RSVP Live, John revealed that tying identifying ribbons on your luggage can cause delays, meaning your belongings might \u201cIf the bag can\u2019t be scanned automatically it can end up in manual processing, which could mean your bag doesn\u2019t make it to the flight.\u201d\n</p><div id='\"newsner-1051943371\"' class='\"newsner-article_inside_content\"'>\n<p>Checking in your suitcase without identifiers, like ribbons and old travel stickers, gives it a better chance of arriving easily.\n</p><div class='\"b-r' b-r--middle_content>\n<p>John offers: \u201cTake old stickers off the bag, it can cause confusion with the scanning process.\u201d\n</p><p>Another thing that can cause problems with your
