The only relative that made an effort to assist was an uncle from Somerset.\n</p><p>However, if they refused a proposal that would divide their family, the housing authority threatened to evict them.\n</p><p>They had no other choice and were afraid and powerless.\n</p><p>Joshua and his family must get regular signals from Barnsley Council, which makes it challenging to know what to do.\n</p><p>Joshua and Victoria Robertshaw have been residing in the same home together forever, but Joshua\u2019s name was not included in the leasing agreement. There was only Victoria\u2019s name there. She passed away from COVID-19 in August 2020 at the age of 45.\n</p><p>Joshua and his family are in a precarious situation as a result of the council\u2019s inconsistent judgments. Joshua is obstinate because he refuses to split up his family due to their previous decisions.\n</p><p>The occupants of a certain residence were required to vacate the property within seven days after the judge issued an outright possession order.\n</p><div class='\"wp-block-image\"'>\n<figure class='\"aligncenter' size-full><img loading='\"lazy\"' decoding='\"async\"' class='\"wp-image-4075\"' src="%5C%22https:%5C/%5C/readlovepray.com%5C/wp-content%5C/uploads%5C/2023%5C/04%5C/wow-306-2.jpeg%5C%22" sizes='\"auto,' srcset='\"https:\/\/readlovepray.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/wow-306-2.jpeg' https: alt='\"\"' width='\"615\"' height='\"433\"'>\n\n<p>A spokesman for Sanctuary Housing said that although it took some time, the decision was finally taken because of the growing amount of unpaid rent that had accumulated.\n</p><p>For months, the tenants had been residing in the home without making rent.
